1. Where can I get fingerprinted?: The La Mesa Police Department, located at 8085 University Avenue provides live scan and ink print services. Their phone number is 619.667.7592.

3. What do I need to bring with me to the live scan site?: In order to be live scanned, you will need a Request for Live Scan form (this is obtained from your employer, or whoever is requesting the fingerprinting to be done), you will also need a valid form of identification (driver's license, California Identification Card, or a passport are accepted), cash, check, or credit card to pay for the service. If requesting a criminal history record, you can download the form, print it out and bring to the live scan site.
